Important School Registration Notice
Your housing payment is due on November 1st. Although late fees are not assessed until later in the month, payment is considered late if it is received after the due date.
Registration Appointments for the Spring 2010 Semester commence on November 5th. Any resident who has a balance after rent is due is subject to a HOLD being placed on their University of Utah Records. This HOLD will prevent registration for classes until the balance has been paid through November.
HOLDS will be placed on the records of any resident who has an outstanding balance on their account as of November 3rd. Placement of a HOLD does not constitute receiving a late fee. If payment is made after November 3rd, feel free to contact our office to ensure that the HOLD is removed. During business hours, we will be checking on accounts that have been paid off in order to remove HOLDS in a timely manner.
If there is a balance remaining on your account on the evening of November 8th, then a late fee of $20 is subject to being assessed to your housing account for late payment.
