Upper-Division students who are not married/partnered are eligible to live in studios (307 ft2) and 2-bedroom apartments (694 ft2).
The 2-bedroom unit features private bedrooms and bathrooms, with a shared living room and kitchen. Both 2-bedroom and studio units offer a modern, comfortable living space close to campus. Rental rates include all utilities: electricity, trash, water, high-speed internet, and cable TV. Amenities include free laundry, ample parking, free community center reservations, study rooms, and community events!
