COMMUNITY MESSAGING WITH HDP
Housing & Dining Programs offers a variety of ways to post community messaging in our residential areas. Community messaging with HDP has no cost but is limited to University departments and registered student groups. Expiration time stamps are added to marketing posters/flyers across campus. These stamps do not indicate or imply that the university, HDP, or its staff support the views expressed in the content of postings.
Posters and Flyers
Placed in residential buildings common areas, including the Peterson Heritage Center and Kahlert Village.
TV Screens
Imaging on digital screens located in the Peterson Heritage Center, MHC lobby, Kahlert Village and Trailhead.
A Frames
Placed in high-traffic areas throughout Heritage Commons.
Lawn Signs
Placed in high-traffic areas throughout Heritage Commons.
Banners
Placed near the PHC shuttle stop.
Floor Stickers
Placed at the entrance of the Peterson Heritage Center and near the elevator bank in Kahlert Village.
Napkin Holders
Small flyers inserted in napkin holders in both dining halls (PHC and Kahlert Village).
Table Tents
Small cards placed on table top holders in residential dining areas, including the PHC, Lassonde Studios' Miller Cafe, and Kahlert Village.

Community messaging requests should be sent two weeks prior to the week you would like them to be placed. For detailed information regarding quantities, dimensions, and more, please view our messaging guidelines.
