The Real
College Experience

Life on campus puts you at the center of it all.

Academic Success
According to University Analytics and Institutional Reporting, students who live on campus have an increased graduation likelihood of 20 percentage points. Retention numbers are higher for residents every fall semester. In 2024, 87.6% of residents were retained, compared to 82.8% of students living off campus.
Convenience
Living on campus makes students' lives easier by including services and resources in one bill. Besides, where do you have 24/7 hospitality desks, mental health support, fitness facilities, dining halls, markets, and coffee shops downstairs? Don't want to move out? Don't - stay with us all year long. Live on campus now, in the summer, and in the following years!
Community
Living on campus gives students opportunities to meet people, participate in events, build friendships, and become part of a real community. We're talking about a place where students can build relationships, find support, and feel like they belong.
