SPRING MOVE-IN
Spring Move-In for new residents begins Friday, January 2, 2026, at 9 a.m. MST
NEW RESIDENTS: CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
- You may check-in from 9 a.m.-11 p.m., beginning on January 2.
- At your selected time, proceed directly to your area's desk location with your UCard (for new students, visit: UCard to find out more about setting up your card) or have your photo ID ready.
- At the front desk, you may check out a moving cart to help you load/unload items into your room. Please limit your move-in guests to necessary helpers.
Note: Parking lots around residential areas on Move-In Day will be free on January 2. Large vehicles, including trailers, are not permitted in our lots. Parking lots will be enforced beginning on Monday, January 5, 2026.

January 2: Spring move-in day! Beginning at 9:00 a.m. MST, students may move-in. Spring Dining Plans begin with breakfast.
January 5: First day of spring classes
January 16: Spring tuition due
March 7-15: Spring Break! Residence halls remain open. Meal plans are limited to brunch and dinner.
May 2: Residence halls close at 2 p.m.
