Sign Up for Summer Housing on March 12! 

The summer 2026 application will be open on March 12! This year, Lassonde Studios, Shoreline Ridge, the Impact & Prosperity Epicenter will be available for reservations. Please note that if a resident elects into May Break Housing there will be a $240 associated fee. See below for more information regarding May Break Housing.

 There will be no room renewal for the Summer. 

 

Summer Room Reservations 

 Beginning March 12 at 10am, the summer applications will open. Summer Room Reservations will be available once your application is complete. 

You can choose to reserve in three different booking periods: 

  • Session 1: Friday, May 8 at 9 a.m. – Saturday, June 20 at 2 p.m. 
  • Session 2: Tuesday, June 16 at 9 a.m. – Saturday, August 1 at 2 p.m. 
  • Sessions 1 & 2: Friday, May 8 at 9 a.m. – Saturday, August 1 at 2 p.m. 

May Break Housing 

Break housing provides an extension on your housing contract to cover the period between the end of the spring semester and the beginning of the summer semester. For 2026, May Break Housing provides a housing contract for the period of May 2 at 2 p.m. until May 8 at 9.am. Only students who hold both a spring and summer contract are eligible for May Break Housing. 

Students may sign up for May Break Housing during the Summer Room Reservation process. The deadline for May Break Housing is April 17. 

Students who do not select May Break Housing should anticipate moving out at the end of their Spring contract (May 2 by 2 p.m.) and returning on their summer move-in date. 

Application Instructions

  1. Log into CIS and select "Student Homepage" 
  2. Click on the "Student Housing" tile 
  3. Select "Housing & Dining Programs" from the menu, then click "Housing U" 
  4. Click on the "Apply for Housing" tab and follow the instructions to begin a Summer 2026 application 
  5. Submit your application

Check-in Instructions

  1. Proceed directly to the desk location on your scheduled day with a photo ID/uID ready. 
  2. At the front desk, you may check out a moving cart to help you load/unload items into your room. 
  3. Residents are allotted a maximum of 2 guests to assist during their move-in.
  4. Parking lots around residential areas on Move-In Day will be free on move in day. Large vehicles, including trailers, are not permitted in our lots.
