There are dining locations across campus where students can use their meal taps, transfer meals, and flex dollars. The list below covers those locations from Heritage Commons to lower campus. For hours and menus visit the University of Utah Dining Services' website.

United Table at PHC is an all-you-care-to-eat dining hall designed to satisfy every craving. Students can enjoy a wide variety of rotating options, including pizza, pasta, burgers, and Asian cuisine. Delicious Without’s protein-carved offerings bring a unique dining experience to campus, while the salad and sandwich stations provide lighter, customizable meals. The FUEL station serves fresh power bowls with halal options available every day. There’s always something sweet with Bingsu, soft-serve ice cream, and other classic desserts. With its mix of comfort favorites and global flavors, United Table makes it easy to find something new at every visit. 

Crimson Corner (Peterson Heritage Center)

Crimson Corner is a smaller, convenient market located on upper campus. It offers a wide selection of fresh fruit, refrigerated and frozen products, plus plenty of snacks and drinks. Perfect for a quick grocery run or grabbing something on the go, Crimson Corner makes everyday essentials easy to find. Crimson Corner also accepts transfer meals.

Bok Choy at Kahlert Village

Urban Bytes (Kahlert Village) 

Urban Bytes offers a vibrant mix of dining options—all just a meal tap away in an all-you-care-to-eat setting. Students can enjoy all-day breakfast at The Nook, fresh salads at Carrots, oven-fired pizza at 500 Degrees, and bold Mexican-inspired flavors at Taqueria. Global Eats serves power bowls with fresh, customizable ingredients and halal options every day, while Delicious Without provides flavorful meals free from the top nine allergens. The Mongolian Grill offers made-to-order stir fry, and The Game brings a lively sports grill atmosphere with campus favorites. With so many options, Urban Bytes is both a dining destination and community hub.

City Edge Café (Kahlert Village)

City Edge Café is the largest coffee shop on campus, offering a wide selection of coffee, teas, boba, pastries, and locally made bagels. With a welcoming atmosphere, plenty of seating, and even games to enjoy, it’s a favorite spot for hanging out or getting work done. The café also has an extension at Carolyn’s Kitchen, making it even easier to grab your favorite drink or snack between classes. This location stays open in the evening to satisfy your late-night cravings. This is a transfer location.

The Union Food Court

 The Food Court at the Student Union houses a variety of eats, sure to satisfy any craving. Here, you’ll find El Tonga Taco, a Mexican inspired eatery, Cilantree, Indian cuisine with halal offerings, and Crossroads, your go to sandwich on campus.  Students can use their Flex Dollars here!

Cilantree (Student Union)

Cilantree brings the rich, authentic flavors of Indian cuisine right to campus. From aromatic curries to a wide variety of vegetarian-friendly dishes, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Plus, all meals are 100% halal, making it an inclusive and welcoming option for all students.

 

Crimson View (Student Union)

 Crimson View, located on the 4th floor of the Student Union, offers sweeping views of the Salt Lake City skyline alongside a refined dining experience. It offers monthly rotating specials, a dirty soda bar, and a customizable hot chocolate station. The space is also available for reservations and catering. This is a transfer location.

Crossroads BistroCrossroads Bistro (Student Union)

Crossroads Bistro is a cozy sandwich shop known for its fresh, made-to-order sandwiches and house-made potato chips. Alongside classic favorites, the bistro also features rotating monthly specials that bring something new to try. It’s a simple but delicious spot for a quick and satisfying lunch. 

Seagull SunriseEinstein Bros. Bagel (Student Union)

Einstein Bros. Bagels offers fresh-baked bagels, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and more. It's the perfect place to start your day or grab a quick, satisfying bite. 

El Tonga TacoEl Tonga Taco (Student Union)

 El Tonga Taco serves up authentic Mexican-inspired plates full of fresh flavor. Whether you’re in the mood for tacos, burritos, or a quesadilla, this spot delivers fast service without compromising taste. A go-to for bold, quick meals. 

Hive ExpressHive Express (Student Union)

 Hive Express is your grab-and-go destination for pizza, pasta, and more. This market also features a milkshake machine, bottled beverages, and a wide variety of snacks to keep you satisfied on the move. 

Panda ExpressPanda Express (Student Union)

Panda Express serves up delicious, fast Chinese-inspired dishes with a variety of options like orange chicken, beef and broccoli, fried rice, and more. A quick and tasty spot for satisfying your cravings. 

Shake Smart (Student Union and Student Life Center)

 Shake Smart makes eating healthy easy with smoothies, protein shakes, and light meals. Their menu is designed for energy and balance, making it a popular stop before or after workouts. Fresh, filling, and made to keep you going through a busy day. This is a transfer location.

Marriott Honors Market

Honors Market is the largest campus market, designed to be a one-stop grocery store for students living on campus. From pantry staples and seasonings to fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, and milk, it’s stocked with all the essentials. The market also carries kosher and gluten-free items, making it easy for everyone to find what they need. Whether you’re cooking a full meal or just restocking snacks, Honors Market has you covered. This is a transfer location.

Miller Café (Lassonde Entrepreneur Institute)

Miller Café serves a mix of quick meals, drinks, and snacks for every part of the day—from morning coffee to lunchtime sandwiches. It’s designed with convenience in mind, offering a dependable stop when you need something fast but satisfying. The café also features a market with grab-and-go items and commissary selections. This location stays open in the evening to satisfy your late-night cravings. Byte vending machines with food and beverage options are available nearby and can be used anytime day or night. Students can use both their Flex Dollars and meal transfers to purchase.

Café Epicenter is a campus café offering made-to-order meals like grain bowls, nachos, and other fresh, satisfying options. It’s a convenient spot for students looking for something hot and customizable throughout the day. It also includes a market section with grab-and-go items. Hugo Coffee is available as well, making it easy to pair your meal with a great cup of coffee. 

Carolyns KitchenCarolyns Kitchen (Gardener Commons)

 Carolyn’s Kitchen is a lively food court offering a little something for everyone. Home to Absurd Bird, Iron Waffle, and Cupbop, it’s the perfect spot to grab a quick bite or enjoy a meal with friends. From crispy chicken sandwiches and sweet or savory waffles to Korean barbecue bowls packed with flavor, there’s always something delicious to discover. It also features City Edge Coffee + Market, an extension of City Edge that offers coffee, snacks, and convenient grab-and-go options for busy students.

Cupbop

Cupbop (Gardener Commons)

Cupbop is a campus favorite for Korean barbecue bowls. With a base of rice or noodles topped with flavorful meats, veggies, and sauces, students can customize their perfect bowl. It’s fast, filling, and always packed with flavor. 

IronWaffle

Iron Waffle (Gardener Commons)

Iron Waffle makes sweet and savory waffles to order, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a mid-day treat. With classic toppings and creative combos, it’s a spot that’s both cozy and fun. A favorite for anyone with a sweet tooth or craving something different. 

Quartzdyne CafeQuartzdyne Café (Kennecott Mechanical Engineering)

Quartzdyne Café is a small campus market that makes eating easy with both grab-and-go meals and fresh, made-to-order options. Students can stop in for coffee drinks, paninis, or quick snacks between classes. It’s a convenient spot for balancing busy schedules with good food. 

Seagull Sunrise Seagull Sunrise (C Roland Christensen Center)

Seagull Sunrise is an all-day breakfast destination built around hearty morning meals. From classic breakfast plates to pastries and fresh-brewed coffee, it’s the perfect way to start the day.

The Bean YardThe Bean Yard (Humanities Building)

The Bean Yard offers a cozy coffeehouse experience right on campus. With espresso drinks, teas, and light bites, it’s a great place to recharge or study with friends. Its relaxed vibe makes it a student favorite.
